**MISS DOLLY Returns Policy**

Thank you for shopping with MISS DOLLY. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, please review our returns policy below.

1. **No Refund on Sale OR SWIMWEAR Items**  
   Please note that sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded. Swimwear items cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene reasons.

2. **Refund Requests**

   - Order number  
   - Full name  
   - Products being returned  
   - Reason for return

3. **Return Period**  
   Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns beyond this timeframe.

4. **Item Condition**  
   Items being returned must be in their original condition and packaging. They should not have any stains, makeup, or odours. If items are returned in unsatisfactory condition, they will be sent back to you.

5. **Shipping Fees**  
   Please be aware that shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. **Exchanges**  
   If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same process outlined for returns by emailing us with the necessary details.
